Serpentine setup for inline 6?
Does anyone know if someone makes a kit for this? I am thinking of keeping my 64 as basic as possible as far as the engine and trans but was thinking a serpentine setup might be pretty cool mod if it could be done......plus less chance of slinging a belt off

Re: Serpentine setup for inline 6?
You could use the balancer off an lt1 with a serp. belt .. i have one and it looks like it could be modified to work .. if you are familiar with it .. also some 4 cyl GM engines had a short hub that worked on the 4 cylinder I am sure it wont be a bolt together but the LT1 used a serp. belt runs on what would be the outside of the harmonic balancer, with the 4cyl ,hub you may get it to tuck in close enough to the cover that you could make it work ....

Check out T6racing. They have a serpentine belt dampener.
