Cool Waterpump woes, someone help please.

My mom just went to advance and bought me a waterpump. It's a gmb for 27.99 but my original pump has bolt like prongs where the pulley connects to it, the problem is the new pump doesn't have these prongs. And they are pretty frozen on the old one. What to do? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

They sell the studs, just pick you some up in the morning and you will be good to go.

Re: Waterpump woes, someone help please.

Those studs come out and are used in the new pump.
Just use two of the nuts that hold the fan on. Run two of the nuts
onto a stud and take two wrenches and tighten the two nuts against
each other. Then turn out the stud with one wrench on the bottom nut.
Then tighten the stud into the other pump turning the top nut.
