IDK about switching front ends
Ok i dont know what to do any more
I have a 74 chevy im not a fan of the round eyed front end i like the 80's front end Every body telling me to keep the 74 front end cus the 73 & 74 fronts are rare But im not a huge fan of that front http://www.layitlow.com/forums/25-ai...10-pics-3.html post 52 http://www.layitlow.com/forums/25-ai...10-pics-4.html Post 70 or 71 the green chevy i would keep my front end if i could do that to my truck It looks like my front end by the hood indents is that like an adapter or custom made? I want that type of grill that goes all the way across like that one and hides the light and other thing i want to know if anybodys ever modified the 74's front grill to take like a 80's grill if it cant be done i might just switch the front end out and keep my 74 front put away im not to sure yet any suggestions? Re: IDK about switching front ends
I got a round eye front end but always been interested in that phantom grill look, is there any links to forums on how to turn buckets into a phantom grill?

Me too HotRodScottsdale
Ive always wanted the phantom grill i wonder if anybody has ever incorporated the 80's phantom frill into a round eyed like ours? I might just get the 80's buckets and do it like in the pic |

Re: IDK about switching front ends
Awwww dammit I just looked at the buckets to cut for the phantom grill and they have the turn signals built into them and on my truck it's two pieces for the headlight and signal, dose that mean I have to take out that metal strip that holds my signals and get a new one?

Re: IDK about switching front ends
If your going to put in a phantom grill, then you might as well swap your 74 clip for 80s clip.
