I MIGHT be able to figure it out tomorrow...But.....
I'm in the cab doing wiring. One of the switches I made was getting a nice tilt column from ECE...
An adapter to connect to the "banana type" connecter from the ribbon-type loom that comes down the column on the tilt came with the tilt. But, also coming down the column is a green wire with a terminal end (don't remember if it male or female). Also, I'm pretty brown-green color blind. Which is absolutely no help. I've been all over the wiring diagrams we've all shared with one another and just can't pinpoint this one. I was wondering if it was a lead for the light in the gear indicator (automatic on the column). What doesn't help, either is that the cab's a '68....Which was originally a standard trans. I'm using the stock wiring under the dash from the '68...everything else is new. Any help? Here are a couple of shots of the work from a couple of days ago (not the wiring):

Yes, that should be a gear selector light wire not in the plug itself.

I can't tell you how happy I am about that. I was pretty sure it was yours. My woman bought it for me LAST Father's Day. Nice present, huh? The workmanship is excellent. And how could you get such a great product from someone more right on than you? Not being much of a party-guy, I remember that Irene and I were feeling like fish out of water a couple of years ago when we attended the C/10 Gathering at Rene's.You made us feel like a long lost brother and sister. You made the day. Then, everybody else did, too. Here are a couple of shots. On one, the flash didn't fire. I've still got a ton of stuff to do. Today, it was the e-brake. The steering wheel and rubber grommet and bracket are just "mocked on" for today. Ign tumbler, more wiring, glove box (Vintage Air), and electric windows are next. One day at a time....(I use that saying for more than one reason...hahahaha!) . Thanks for the column. Thanks to ECE for selling it to Irene.
