Is this Right

I'm not interested in this truck but am confused. The interior metal parts are red and the exterior is white, did they build them like this as the truck looks unmolested to me.

I'd guess by the under box fuel tank painted white that the truck's been repainted.

No, per the owner the truck is a repaint (was red/white) and has been sold. The earlier trucks (67-68) had interior color different the the exterior (see picture) but after that same color in and out.

The listing was removed, but if it was a 67, that would be correct. Here are a couple more examples. One black truck with red interior and a red truck with fawn interior.

Not to mention an F-word here, but my first car was a 1960 Ford Country Sedan, big white station wagon with a big V8, P/S, P/B, auto trans. It was original and had red vinyl all over the interior. I even think the rear deck with the back seats down was grooved red vinyl. The dash was a hard red enameled steel bar with no padding. It was too much car for me at 17. I'll say no more.
