fuel tank alterniatives
Hey guys Im lookin to keep the tank in the cab but would like do away with the oem style due to the motor and efi I need to run...Mooneyes as a perfect tank 15 galllons and a base that can bolt down with so I was going to run a stainless pipe from one end ot the other for aestetics and reliability. Then I was going to make sheet metal cover to incorporate it all together..speakers and all that im not so into but the EFI on the stock tank is a lot of work that does not have a real reliable tested system. My rear frame rails is full of Accuair equipmet so no room there. The bed will be raised and could run a tank mid frame but again defets the oem look. plus I dont feel like h have you or do you have any refeence. Im open to Ideas but the overall is to have an external stock cap look and a correct tank set up for my Texas Speed bult lq9 with tvs charger so good fuel flow us a must...thanks for any help or ideas

Re: fuel tank alterniatives
look at page 56 of Junes issue of Custom Classic Trucks. Set up using original tank with a EFI systema and how to modify the sender for a return line.
