Good news

The guy that hit me did have insurance. The ins. adjuster did not total my truck, and he wrote a pretty good estimate,( I think) The truck is in the frame shop now, and I just ordered the body parts from Tim Christian. Things are looking up, I hope to have it back on the road before too long.

insurance blues

I am glad to hear you are ok and the truck will be fixed. I had the unfortunate experience of trying to convince the insurance company of the value of my truck when it was wrecked 10 years ago. I am lucky that truckin magazine ran an article showing the value of our trucks.

The article came out along time ago. My wreck was almost 15 years ago. I will look and see if I can find it. If I do, I will scan it and post it.

Only bad thing is I'm sure our trucks are worth more now than 15 years ago.
