60-62 Lower control arm bushings

I recently replaced the uppers and now want to do the lowers. I have a tough time finding them online. CPP and LMC dont carry them. I did find one source that wanted 180+ for each complete shaft assy.

I would consider just replacing the caps if I can.

Do you guys have a source to find them?

Thanks for your help!

CarPartsDiscount.com lists them for your 1961. Not OEM but aftermarket parts. A Google search might turn up some others. Good luck.

Thanks. I think I ran across that one too. For $184 each, I need to keep looking.

Re: 60-62 Lower control arm bushings

Digging up this post again.

From what I see from this site, I can either replace the caps or the entire shafts. What really wears out here? They call the caps the bushings..

When I replaced the upper shafts, the shafts looked fine and I could not really tell the caps were worn, but I guess they were.
