who sells 10 bolt saddles?
Does anyone sell weld on diff saddles to suit a small diameter 10 bolt diff for a coil rear?? seems my diff has been swapped out with a nova or camaro diff in my 70 stepside. Its to suit a coil rear end.. The tubes measure roughly 2.60??? .. i need to re mount it as the setup now is un safe.

might try a western store. no I had to do it. What about the big boys Summit Jeg's. How about art Morrison or Chris Alston Chasis works. Those are the top places I probably would look first for suspension needs

Hotrods To Hell
http://www.hotrodstohell.net/catalog/catalog.htm#CC They make truck arm kits for camaros and other race cars with components to install a C10 truck arm rear suspension in about any hotrod with any rear. The link doesnt say which axle diameter they are for but they say they have them for 10 bolt,12bolt,9in, and Dana rears. Give them a call I'm sure they can help you out.

Re: who sells 10 bolt saddles?
Is there anyway to identify the diff thats been put into this truck? Someone has suggested it maybe a 4th gen 10 bolt? It has axle tubes that are around 2.6'' As im in Australia i will have trouble getting original stuff to replace it but maybe a local 'GM Holden' diff may work if the width is close. . The diff installed now has the 4.75 bolt pattern.
I have some cpp 3'' saddles here to weld on.. |
