How to Z a 60-66 C10 frame

I've done a lot of searching and can't find a write-up on Z'ing a 60-66 C10 frame instead of buying the Porterbuilt kit. My buddy and I just picked up a '62 Panel Truck that we are gonna bag. I'm sure he can figure it out but a how-to thread would really help. We'll buy the Dropmember if needed but figured we'd keep this a super low budget build. Thanks in advance for any help!
