Leaf Spring question?
Are there any reasonable swaps for a 1968 GMC 2wd leaf springs? Mine look like they have no sag, but the is a good bit of pitting on the top leaf. I'm not sure if this will affect the safety of the springs or not. The axle has 3.73 gears with a mini spool(plan on swapping for a posi) and I will be putting a builted 350ci with about 375-425 hp in the truck. Thoughts, suggestions, or links would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Leaf Spring question?
I used these guys for the front springs on my 62 K10. One side had 3 broken leafs.. My rear springs looked okay, I took them apart and used a grinder with a flap wheel, then sandpaper, they cleaned right up. Paint and primer and they looked new.
