Blazer Fuel Filler
I bought this & ended up not using it. I went with a hidden gas door from Hagen instead. The hose is original so it's hard as stone. A bit of surface rust but nothing deep. Seal under the cap is toast but metal is good. $20 plus shipping. Paypal preferred.
