55-59 bench seat replacement

I was wondering if there were any factory bench seats out there that fit these cabs a little better. The seat I have in my 58 is not only too tall it's also too wide you can see what I'm talking about in the pic. I'm looking for one that sits at or below the bottom edge of the back glass.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have decided to cut the original down, but you could look at third row benches from several rides.

Re: 55-59 bench seat replacement

I used a seat from an 89 chevy truck and I pie cut the bottom bracket I think it was a inch to an inch and a half, it does two things hides the seat from back window and tilts it back for a more ergonomic and comfortable seating. I love it!

Re: 55-59 bench seat replacement

Late 80 early 90 gm full size pickup bench seat. drill 4 holes and it's in. Some guys take a pie cut out of the base mount to lay them back a bit.
