Heater core hoses

Hey guys, quick question. The two hoses that are on the passenger side firewall, does the one in the top go to the manifold inlet or to the water pump inlet ?

I have two hoses coming out but dont know which one goes where. Much appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Heater core hoses

The upper core hose goes to the water pump. The lower to the manifold. They "crisscross" themselves.
