Just wondering if anyone out there around the Indianapoilis,IN area has a tailgate for sale. I have a 78 GMC,but put a bed from an 85 chevy on the truck,and need a tailgate in good shape to go on it. Anyone that has one,please email me at iufan71@hotmail.com Thanks. heath

first off, welcome to the board, its a great place and you will find many answers. secondly, please note that there is a 73-87 parts board where you can sell, and search for parts. this particular board is for technical help, and the occasional BS. once again, welcome.

Today got a tailgate in perfect condtion other than a dent the size of a silver dollar for $75. Thanks.
