You guys gotta see Tom's Jimmy in person - it's immaculate. Picture's do not do it justice. I must have spend about 15 minutes just laying under it drooling!

Tom, your truck looks amazing! How did the fender seals fit? And, which ones did you buy... You seem somewhat perplexed in the photo, just wondering if you had problems...im at that stage

You seem somewhat perplexed in the photo, just wondering if you had problems...im at that stage[/QUOTE] They actually fit pretty well ( with a little judicious trimming at the top to match the curve of the doors a little better). I got them from Wes at Clasic Heartbeat. You know its funny because I looked at those things for weeks before I put the doors on thinking, 'should I leave these on or not'. Now that the doors are on Im glad I left them on the truck. They do look good back in the jamb when you open the doors. |

Re: finally getting the front clip on
I could do that easy enough. maybe I could borrow him if he's the door/glass guy. I could use some re freshen on my door glass wipe seals, felts and what not and then point him your direction.

Re: finally getting the front clip on
Heres a pic from last week after I got the glass in and the top on. A buddy of mine came by and wanted a picture of it. Im going to do a mild tint on the windows so I went with clear glass.
Im still trying to get my digital MSD box fixed, if I cant I guess Ill have to by ANOTHER one... sigh. Then I can start her up. Also starting to work on the interior... going mostly stock there. |
