What wheels will fit an 88 2WD 3500 dually?

The 3500 I'm getting needs tires, it has 16.5 tires. Before I buy a set of what is probably a very unpopular size I was wondering what later model wheels and tires would fit. My thoughts are to find someones take off for a cheaper price. This rig could be used 3 or 4 times a month or sit for 6 months using it only to go to Lowe's just to keep everything lubed up.

8x6.5 bolt pattern dually wheels.
I thought the 88-98 trucks were 16"?

Check Craigslist.
They usually have them cheap.

This is a 88 Classic body style, square body.

i have 16.5's off a 1980 gmc ambulance. found them on CL. had new rubber and the seller was parting the rig. i also have some a alcoas off an early 80's ferd.
some of the dually guys will chime in but, IIRC they all fit up to around 99 or so when ferd/chev/dodge began changing the center hole.
usully all the older stuff will fit just remember to check the center holes when you go look at wheels. most guys selling them don't know what size they are

I have 16's on my 85 dually, tires are a lot easier to find. Wheels on it now are from a '94, IIRC. Everything bolts up fine, bolt patterns are identical.
