longhorn bed on a 64 1 ton dually
ok another Q ?? so i had the guy take a measurment of the wheel base of a 64 1 ton dually that i am looking to get and he said that it is at about 13' 1 he also said that he measured the same on his long bed 71 chevy and it is at 11' so to get a bed to work on this 1st is there one or 2nd would i need to graft two beds together, i know i'm asking the right people, thanks for all your help.

Id go with a flat bed myself. that sounds like it was a cab/chassis truck when sold or maybe a utility truck with a service bed or maybe a flatbed.

it would look weird on a 157"w/b truck which sounds like what you have. a 9' ft bed fits a 133" wb truck . you can see where the frame ends and the deck extends over it.

why not just cut the frame to match a long bed?
