Shift knobs
I looked on-line for some cool shift knobs but when i seen the prices on some of these i just about flipped, so i desided to make my own. 4 1/2 hours later this is what i made. lemme know what you guys think?

Not sure how comfortable it is, but that is very cool looking! I like it, very original.

Same thoughts as mark! Doesnt look to comfortable at first glance but I really like the creativity and doing something different i like different, it really turned out nice and i knew it was a welding helmet right off it made me chuckle nicely done buddy! almost could have made the helmet strap a little bigger and used it for a cup holder LOL

ok, i have to admit I didn't catch that it was a welding helmet at first. Once I did, I love it! Cool. I suppose you could turn it around so the passengers could see the front of the helmet maybe! Dunno - like it as is too. I think a cool etched in Miller or Lincoln Elec logo would add to it even more! And maybe some sparks! Ok, maybe a bit much. Jocko like, great creativity.

Thanks for the comments guys, it's the first one so if i like it it will stay if not i'll build another. i wanted it old looking because of the era in 65.
