My longbed desert project '67 C10
So this is my project truck, '67 rustbucket. The cab was rusted out in the floorpan, and I got a screamer of a deal from a junkyard in town- $300 for the whole cab. So, off I went with a few buddies and my rustbucket to bring it home.

So after a few months and a few dollars, paint, parts, ect. I was able to finish my cab swap this weekend. I went with the grant steering wheel, and the instrument bezel with the pinstriping is courtesy of the pomona swap meet.

I feel like the interior came out pretty nice, still waiting on door panels to complete the look. (and a windshield!)

Re: My longbed desert project '67 C10
So my only problem so far is the shifter mechanism. It's column shift, and I got the kit from CPP, which works great, but something is wrong with the column- it seems to bind up when I shift, and rotates the whole collar instead of shifting correctly. I know the bearing is supposed to align with the collar, but it's like it won't mesh correctly, and when it does, it still doesn't work.
