Horn Cap ID
Has anybody ever seen this horn cap? Part #3899098 its on a 1960 chevy apache 10 truck. Ive never seen this model and dont know if its off a car or just an early 1960 truck design that I haven't seen

The only standard horn caps Ive seen are the following for chevy/gmc 1960-66

May be for a forward control truck(think Wonder bread van), some did not have doors-that design would keep water out of horn components. JMO.

It looks like the gasket on the back may be different. That very well could be the application. I have just never seen one before. Its on ebay, but if it was an early design for Chevy application i might be interested in it just for the fact its different than the ones we normally see. If it doesn't get outrageous on price.

That cap is from a 1968 Chevelle 300 Deluxe ... Bottom line stripper Chevelle ... I believe its a 68 / 69 only ...
