Extended cab interior rear panel removal.

The title pretty much says it. How do I remove the interior panel in the back? I try unscrewing it the screws but I still couldn't take it out because of obstructions such as panels that run across the back, and also things like the front seat belts. So could someone please tell me how to remove one of these? Thank you.
