My recent list of upgrades

Most will probably not remember me but I jopined the board early this year. I have a 69 c10 with a 350. It was a piece of Sh#t as I learned within a month. I have since replaced the entire shift kit, shifter, pressure plate and had the tranny rebuilt. I had an electronic ignition added and new preformance plugs and wires. Next up to repair was a push rod that broke. All totaled it has cost $1500. I tell you what though, it is a beast now. I am still trying to get pics up of the tangerine terror up. Hopefully soon. Next uprade will be the brakes to front disc. How do I go about getting this done? Thanks and happy driving.

Several ways to do it!

Do a few searches and check out The FAQ section. It's a popular mod and many have done it!

Easiest way is to swap out the complete front crossmember with one from a '71 or '72. Only about 6 or 8 bolts (If memory serves me) hold the crossmember to the frame. Unbolt the lower motor mounts from the crossmember and a few other items such as the brake lines. Probably be a good idea to rebuild the front end while your at it though.
