New drop, better picture

I posted this earyier but the picture was not the greatest. This is my 69 SWB (was a long bed). The drop is an Early Classic 2.5" front, 4" in back. Tires are 255-70-15's. Wheels are Torque Thrust 15X8's. Engine is a 285 Hp crate with a 4L60 tranny. I hope to get the paint finished in time for the Salem Oregon show.

Of all my favorite things to do, The utmost is to have a brew.
My love grows for my foamy friend, with each thirst-quenching elbow bend.
Beer so frosty, smooth, and cold it's paradise pure liquid gold.
Yes beer means many things to me that's all for now cus I gotta pee.

Salem Truck show

Usually in about 3rd week of July on a Sat. Was held in Brooks then at State fairgrounds for a couple of yrs and now its back in Brooks (I think this is the community just North of Salem on east side of I-5). This show could be much bigger and better if we could get about 15+ board members to show up with trucks. I personally like the North end of the state Fairgrounds under some shade trees. Not sure what that was costing the local Truck club. They always tried to have a swap meet to. I would be in favor of getting some of us to work with the sponsers to bring board members into it. Sometimes its on same day as a fairly large car cruise in Springfield about 70 miles south on I-5. Its fun to go to show and then retreat to cruise for the evening. There is also a fairly big car show in Springfield that day for the past couple of yrs. Its almost summer lets start planning.
