4l60e swap questions.

So I picked up a 2002 4x4 5.3l 4l60e rollover truck for the drivetrain,accessories and harness and pcm to put in my 72 suburban. My buddy has a 2003 4.8l 2wd 4l60e and Was curious if I could just remove the 4wd tranny and install the 2wd tranny if there were any differences I should be aware of? I know the 03 is a drive by wire and the 02 is not, but not sure if that would make it a problem to run the newer tranny? Any help would be appreciated or a link to a swapers index on the 4l60e as I am having a hard time finding any info on this.
