t5 Conversion for I6 250
Hey guys is there write up for this conversion on what is needed exactly ?
We have a 67 with a T5 , we dont have much info on the previouse owner who made this conversion but it almost has no problem on the 4th and 5th gear. We dont know what gears it has either. Anybody running this set up? how good is it ? |

Re: t5 Conversion for I6 250
These make a great conversion. I'm not sure what your question is but you can ID the trans from a metal tag behind one of the rear houseing bolts. In the left lower corner there is a number 1352-xxx. With that # you can find what it was originnaly used in & the gear ratios. There is a lot of info in the Tech tips.
