vent window

Hello I just got some Vent Assembly Rivets, and the tool it says to set then, has anybody on here ever used it, and how do I do it without breaking the glass. This is my first time every trying it. The local shop want a 100$ a window to do it, so I thought I would give it a try. I’m replacing the rubber on the window thats why I’m doing this.
