Question for all you 60-66 owners

I am looking at an auction consisting of a "Hood Brace Sponge Kit".

What exactly does this do or where exactly is it mounted... does anyone have a pic of one installed?

THE HOOD BRACE SPONGE KIT MOUNTS UNDER THE TWO BRACES ON THE UNDERSIDE OF OUR HOODS..................IT KEEPS THE HOOD FROM VIBRATING WHEN YOU DRIVE..................THE HOODS ON 60-66 ARE HUGE AND PROBABLY NEED THOSE BRACES.............HEMMIT
