New Transmission conversion

I'm redoing my 67 C10 and upgraded the engine from the 283 to a 383 stroker motor. It had the 2 speed powerglide originally, i want to upgrade to the 700r4.

What do i need to do to ease the process of installation?
Will the 700r4 fit with little to no problems?
What about the drive shaft?
Will i need to change out the gearing? (not sure what i have now)
Will i have to move the transmission crossmember back/forward, any special mounts i may need?
What problems might i run into?
Any recomendations on where to buy the tranny from?

any advice helps, this is a 4 year project almost ready to run
