Drop Spindles

Im about ready to order my suspension parts and I was wondering: what is everyones' opinion on which drop spindle is the best--and why.

Just doing a 2 1/2" drop on a 68.

Re: Drop Spindles

I'll only use or recommend products from ECE.

Re: Drop Spindles

ECE, McGaughy's, Belltech, Western Chassis are all good spindles.

It looks like your truck has already been converted to 5-lug.
So make sure you purchase the correct spindles for your ball joints.
Looking at one of your other threads,... you said it was '72 front suspension.
So make sure you buy 71-72 spindles.

If your truck was still a original drum brake truck,... you would need to purchase 63-70 conversion spindles.
