Interior color?
With a black steering column and black carpet,should the dash pad be black or blue?Interior is blue.Thanks.

Well...it really depends on what you like, I think both combos were available.
I have all the stock colours in my blue/white '72 which are black wheel/column, carpet and dashpad. The door panels, seatbelts, seat, etc are all the parchment (white) colour. The cheyenne might have matched the dash pad to the carpet and body colour...but I'm not sure exactly how GM worked it. Good luck...and hey, post a few pics!!! Coley

 Had to order a new dash pad,ended up going with blue.Here is a picture of interior before carpet,console,ac,etc. |
