Re: GM four spoke steering wheels

Very nice wheels! I have one myself but has an olds horn button. Do you have any more of those nice chevy horn buttons, or know where to get them? Good luck with the sale. Allan

Re: GM four spoke steering wheels

If I am not mistaken, this wheel was called a Starfire, and it is 14.5" in dia. The later ones were all black and 15.5" Dia.

The Camaro type 3 spoke comfort grip wheels are 15" dia. I would think the 14.5" would be nice for the C10, especially if you're over about 5'8" tall. I am 6'4" and I can barely get my legs under the 15". On the original 17" I really had to get creative .. I'm wishing I had a tilt!

Hope this helps.

Ex. See that top black one with the corvette flags, .. it looks about 1" larger in Dia. (Just my best guess, I'm not 100% on this)

Yeah I am not a tall man by any standard. Nonetheless, I love the original truck wheels but I do not use because they are ginormous and like driving a school bus. lol. Chad...I have a tilt for you...just saying..

Re: GM four spoke steering wheels

Mike,

The black wheel with the bowtie in the middle, does it come with everyhing needed to install on my 69 K10? Is it new, or used?

I believe the wheels were originall found on oldsmobiles.
(Cutlass, 442, and maybe the 70-80's smaller cars)
