What's interchangable

Heys guys I'm new to this forum thing so bear with me. Ok so I have a 69 c-10 and a 81 c-10 both fleetside long beds and what I'm wondering is what can I change over from the 81 to the 69 with out doing to much? I was thinking about doing a frame swap but after reading some forums I have decided against it. So if anyone could help me or give me advie I would be really thankful!! And the parts I'd like to swith over is anything and everything I can!! Thanks to your time!!
