rear disc?

The search button seams to be broke so I figured I would ask...
I am putting rear disc on my 76 stepper, I have the brackets to install the camaro calipers on the impala discs. I have a new master cylinder from the right stuff that is a replacement, but is supposed to work with disc??? My guy told me that I don't need a new disc/disc proportioning valve, that I can run my stock one, and just put an inline pressure regulator between it and the rear?

So I get it all together, adjustable valve opened rite up, bench bleed master, but I can't bleed out rear, I have fluid at rear, but not getting any pressure, it seams to build up a bit on the first bleed, but after you pump it up again fluid just dribbles out, fronts bleed great...

what are others doing on there conversions?

thanks bark

Re: rear disc?

I just use the oem lines with no adjustable valve and had no problems. Have plenty of pressure for bleeding and rear doesn't lock up before front.
