Where to find 30 spline 5 lug axles
Everything i find on the next gen trucks are six or 8 lug. Is there some trick to this?

88-98 5 lug full sizes had 30 spline stock..

For some reason they seem to be a 12 bolt axle set. No newer than 1980?

The junk yards around here are full of 88-98 5 luggers..The only issue was that they are about 5/8" longer then the 28 spline that my 84 came with. Pushes the wheels out more in the wheel well. I had to find a bigger drum to fit to the backing plate..Buick Roadmaster drums fit perfectly.

What if if I ground down the ends a little. Wait i forgot. I cant theres stupid c clips!

I'm not looking at it...But that sounds like it could work. Especialy if you have good drums(which I didn't)
