Factory Manual for Jimmy or Blazer

Is there a factory manual specific to the Jimmy?

How about the Blazer?

I ask because I can't find one. I'm only finding the truck manuals. Is the Blazer/Jimmy info within the truck manual? If so, is it detailed?

I'm trying to get factory parts diagrams, disassembly information, and rebuild specifications for a factory restoration.

Thanks in advance.

Not that i know of, but you are plugged in to one of the best resources of bazer/jimmy information around. You got a question, one of these guys has an answer!

Every thing is the same as a pickup, just a differant body, sorta, from the seats back. There are exceptions to that rule, butnot many

I have seen somewhere a Blazer specific owners manual only once. It is rarer than your president actually following the constitution.

Re: Factory Manual for Jimmy or Blazer

This is the manual that I believe is original to my 1972 GMC. It is the generic manual with a section for Suburban and Jimmy

My 69 has an owners manual. Is that what you are talking about, or a repair manual like Haynes or Chiltons?

Re: Factory Manual for Jimmy or Blazer

Found what I was looking for, thanks guys!

From what I gathered there is, for each year, the following documents:
-Factory Service Manual, approx 450 pages
-Factory Overhaul Manual, approx 300 pages
-Factory Owners Manual, approx 50 pages

GMC has their own documents that are different from Chevy.

I have a factory service manual and it covers both trucks and blazers.
