About got my 69 gutted

Now let's see, those parts over there went there, and these parts go there, or is it the other way around!

Should start sanding tonight. This is kinda scary, I'm only having little panic fits when I think about putting it all back together.

Hey Mark, your forearms are gonna get bigger here in the next couple weeks, LOL! Sorry I didn't answer your e-mail a couple days ago, I accidentally deleted it with some others, and I can't remember what it was you asked me, must be the old age huh? The cab does look better with the fixes, it will all be worth it in the end. If it's any help, when I did my truck, I used plastic containers for all bolts, etc., and labeled each to help with re-assembly. After being apart for a few months, I was glad I did. Didn't have to hunt and sort when the time came to put things back together. Later, LB.

I am having the same attacks Mark. But I'm sure as soon as I get into it, it will all come together, as will your project

That is a good thing about the flatbed!

Gonna go with white for the paint, I hear it is a pretty forgiving color.

Good luck man! Now that I got a digital cam I have been taking many pics every time I take something off! Maybe I will be able to reassemble everything without screwing it up!

Seke69, a buddy of mine did the rust repairs (in trade for some parts - I definitely got the good end of the deal, great to have buddies). He just picked up a 65 and a 72 parts truck for suspension parts for the 65. I just tell him he got to refresh his skills on my cab so he can do a better job on his new 65.
