spindle questions

Im getting a set of 73-87 hd drop spindles from hart_rod. i know you need to swap ball joints, but what need to be done on tie rod ends?

1) Move your current outer tie rod to the inner location.
2) Buy a set of tie rod adapter sleeves.
(CPP and Performance Online sell them)
3) Use a 73-87 outer tie rod to connect to the spindle.

Your other option is to use all 73-87 steering parts.
-Centerlink
-Inner tie rods
-Outer tie rods.

What year truck are you working on?

Pre-'65 trucks have other issues when trying to use the stock centerlink.
