satellite radio in 67 c10

Howdy, my truck came radioless from the factory and I was just curious how hard it would be to install a satellite radio. Is there one that is fairly small that I could mount without cutting my dash? My main concern is cutting my dash, I don't want to. Any ideas would help and if anybody has done something like this before what radio did you use?

If bucket seats and a custom console are possible, it's easy to hide a new radio in the console. That way you keep the existing stock radio in there and also expand your ability to get regular radios and mount it however you like.

You could also look into hiding the main head unit of the stereo under the seat and just use a wireless remote for controlling it.

Okay so the best way I have come up with to do this is: get one of the portable Sirius radios and mount it wherever, if i can find one about the same size as my factory radio hole I may be able to mount it there and keep a factory look. Next mount an amp under the seat and run an aux. Wire to the radio. If the radio is mounted where you can get to the wire easily you can also play an MP3 player on the same system. Then run wires from the amp to your speakers. Anyone with stereo installing experience see anything wrong with this plan?

No, if all you're wanting to do is listen to satelite radio that'll work just fine. However, kits can be found to mount single din radios against the dash using only two small screws. Then, if you ever want to remove it all you have to show for it are the two small holes. Also, I've seen a lot of people put radios in their glove compartments. Also not a bad idea.
