Introducing our brand new Heavy Duty Headlight Harness specifically designed for the 60-66 Chevrolet and GMC trucks. We have two model harness's for this body style, one for trucks equiped with single and another for trucks equiped with dual headlights. Our HD Headlight Harness's are the top of the line, and are constructed with quality materials. The Harness's are 100% "Plug n' Play" so there is no need to cut or splice any wires what so ever. They feature HD Ceramic H4 Headlight plugs, to ensure a long life and can handle very high wattage bulbs. The harness will work with any headlight set up that utilizes a H4 plug (eg. Sealed beam, Halogen, HID). With this harness installed, it will draw your power for your headlights directly from the battery (taking all the load off of your OE Headlight switch) and give your headlight the full 13.8V+ they need to run at 100% and give you a very large upgrade in light output!

All orders that have not been shipped yet, we be shipped today via USPS Priority Mail! We did a last minute re-design on the harness to allow for the easiest and cleanest installation possible, this is why there was a delay in shipping! I got mine in the mail today. Everything looks real good and the instructions appear easy to follow. I'll probably wait till winter to install since I didn't realize the grill needs to come out for the installation (I should have) and I don't want to have two disabled trucks with some good weather left.

Went to install mine today and the instructions say that the original plug is on the passenger side...my '66 is on DS. Also the blades are much bigger on the new harness and will not mate up to the original plug.

The directions refer to the passenger side headlight plug. There is a bulkhead connector on the drivers side that you may be referring too. You want to take the passenger side OEM headlight connector (The OEM plug that plugs onto the passenger side headlight itself) and plug that into the male H4 connector on the new HD Headlight Harness. Well ain't that just a kick in the pants! I was really hoping to upgrade my headlights and not real thrilled about having to purchase something made out of country.

You can still purchase from him if he is willing to do as I suggested in the other thread.
It's simple enough for him to send you the product first, and then you pay him when you receive it.
Instead of his circumstances putting paying customers out, he can do a service to his customers by first sending the items and receive payment only after they have the item.
