finished the bed side and ends last night shaved stake pockets and added a half moon to the end cap

i know the roof still needs to be done but trying to figure out how ima tackle it. It has a lil pitted rust that sanding aint gonna take care of

I have some rust through on my front right corner of my cab roof, let me know how you tackle your roof damage. My concern is how to tackle the rust forming inbetween the inside and outside roof skin in that area.

Mines not really to bad no rust threw it's just pitted all over the previous owner grinded out about a foot wide spot and then glazed over it but I think I'm probley gonna soda blast it then spray rust defender primer and block it then spray and block over and over till it's smooth. But in your case if it's rust threw I'd carefully cut out what's bad and replace it with new metal I have done about $1100 worth or new metal in mine not counting the sheet metal stuff that's hand made
