No, that upper floor shift tilt cover is not fs, these were discoe'd along time ago and are too hard to find these days. I was merely sharing a picture since someone had asked for a pic of what you were looking for. I do however have two other upper tin covers that I would let go of @ $500. ea. and you would then get the complete OE manual/floor shift tilt column that they are installed on. Mel

I would reluctantly let this one go for $100 shipped. (I have been keeping it for "just in case" for almost 25 years)

I does have a couple of very minor imperfections (visable in pics). it has been media blasted and painted with semi gloss black.
