Wiring from 74 headlights to 82 headlights
Hey guys have a new question
I recently did a front clip swap from a 74 to 82 and wanted to ask this... how do i wire up all four headlights now before i only had the 2 front headlights 2 front turn signals 2 side turn signals now i have the four headlights and 2 side turn signals how exactly do i do this? |

All you have to do is get two "2 pronged" female head light plugs and jump them from the three pronged low/high beam plug. Connect the ground wire from the two prong plug to the ground wire on the three pronged plug then connect the hot wire from the two pronged plug to the high beam hot wire on the three pronged plug.

Do you happen to know which one is the high/low beam at the prong
i tried what you said and the light came on dim maybe i wired it to the low beam? |

Use a test light to determine wich is hot for high then switch to low and test again, the third wire will be the ground.
