interior plan, am I leaving anything out?

So the kid has the 67 slammed and hopped up, but it has a plain jane interior. what I would like to do is cover the floor and area where the tank use to be with sound deading material and put in a couple of nice racing style buckets with 5 pt belts. Do they make a carpet kit that would cover the area behind the sdeats? Would this be overkill on the street? Got any recommendations on which seats to use? I'd like for them not to stick up to high.
