Has anyone put a 383 LT1 in a 65 GMC
I can get my hands on a LT1 fairly cheap, has anyone installed one of these in a 60's GMC? Any tips or info would help

I am in process right now. Should have it in by next weekend. I will have a full write up in my build thread. Of course the engine is no biggie, it bolts like any other small block. Additional things you will need are;
Programmed PCM - remove VATs, EGR, etc and program for what is inside. Harness - either stand alone or rewired factory harness Fuel pump - high pressure fuel pump (45-50 psi) either in tank or external. To go with this you will need a return line to the tank also.
