The guidelines say actually if you don't like the price the seller has posted past it by instead of trying to lowball the seller.

No need to get pissy. Just trying to make a point. As a matter of fact ihave had the same argument about making offers and was told by moderators that it is not a problem. I wouldn't call an offer of $100 on $110 plus shipping "lowballing".
