NP208 Help
Okay I know this going to sound stupid to you guys but oh well. My question is if the transfercase is in neutral with that override the transmission regardless of what gear the transmission is in? And if so what should the transfercase be in while driving down the road in 2wd?

Re: NP208 Help
Yes, if the tcase is in N then there is no input going to either drive shaft, regardless of the trans. With a 208 you should have 4HI, 2WD, N, 4LO. You should drive the vehicle on the street in 2wd. 4HI or LO should be used off road only.
