Question Offenhauser linkage picture?

Hey guys, I have been searching all over tonight trying to find a good picture of the offenhauser linkage kit that came with my new manifold installed to an edelbrock 4 barrel. If anybody has one, could you please post a picture of how it attaches to the rod coming through the firewall from the pedal? It seems simple enough, but the rod enters the engine bay closer to the motor than the carb and the cross with all the holes in it mounts on the outside of the manifold. Do I need to bend the stock rod or extend it and get it closer to the fender some how? Some help sure would be appreciated. I can't post pictures until tomorrow as I'm posting from my phone.

Re: Offenhauser linkage picture?

Can't help with the eddy parts but here's a link to some pics of how I did mine with a rod and bellcrank and how Bubba did his with a cable.
Pages 14 and 15 in Bubba's build thread.
