Last I saw, he still owns it (according to his post a few years ago) but is focused on other things. I think it's about in the same state as the picture posted.

That's a shame for it to be half built, but I understand how things get sent to the back burner. Wish I had that thing in my shop tho.

He had it for sale, but couldn't find a buyer willing to pay what he had into it, so he decided to keep it.

is that a burb lid on a K/5 OR A CUT BURB? kinda defeets the whole convrtable thing but a nice modern NOMAD concept

I don't think it's either, looks like a chopped and topped Blazer to me, and even though it's no longer a convertible, I love it.

It started as a 2wd Blazer. I'm not sure where the roof came from. It is very cool, but it does defeat the whole convertible thing, which to me is one of the coolest features of a Blazer.
