Looking for some pics of how everyone made their brackets..

i have the front buckets with middle jumper, and the middle row seats from a 2003 suburban. any help appreciated!

I used same set up for front with no problems. I ended up using front buckets for the 2nd row also. I cut the sliders off and made brackets to set the seats on. Had to cut off to reduce height. I will try to get some pics

Here are the pics. I used 3/16" flat steel and welded angle on the top and bottom for strength and bolt mounting surface. Had to bend the bottom angle to conform to the floor. I have a regular 2nd row bench, but it looked like a lot more modification unless you mount in front of where the floor steps up to the cargo area. It puts you up to high. If you mount the seat in front of the step up it seems to me it limits your leg room.

Matching buckets with factory 03 console. Works great with plenty of leg room. Plus using the front buckets for the second row, you have the intergrated seat belts for all. I also have the matching 3rd row, but have not got around to mounting it.

oh ok..you just did the front seats like the did the middle?

i didnt realize how flat that area was for the second row to you use one big angle iron for each seat. mine is the middle bench suburban seat..im going to have to see if that will work. i should be trying to get this in at least to mock up this weekend or next.

what did you guys do to re -enforce the floors? im going to mount the middle jumper tonight, and bolts right through will work, im just not sure if it can be considered safe with just a bolt and screw, maybe big thick flat washer? im not using any spacers for the front, setting on the floor as is will be perfect height, i cant afford to go any higher with 1" square tubing or something similar...

Yes, you will have to use some kind of reinforcement under the floor. I would think large washers (3" or more" or a piece of flat bar that goes from one mounting bolt to another.

k..on my way to lowes in a few...im gonna drill 9/16" holes in the floor and bolt them directly to the floor with no spacers. im going to use large flat flashers on each side to re enforce it. 2 1/2" in length, 1/2" grade 8 bolts should be good? i wanna use slightly smaller bolts to leave me some adjustablility in case i screw up the location of the holes.
